Our God and God of our fathers, please deliver us from the hands of our enemies and protect our soldiers from all harm.

Please bring consolation to all those who have lost loved ones and all those who are displaced from their homes.

Please return all of the hostages in Gaza to their families this month, safe and sound, and allow us to see victory and salvation very soon,

in the same manner as the Hasmoneans merited in the Chanukah miracle, which took place this month.
