Chanuka offers us the opportunity to receive additional help to overcome our inner struggles, difficulties, and challenges.

If we are sincerely motivated to improve and grow spiritually, we merely need to perform the mitzva of candle lighting and then stare at the nerot (candles), asking Hashem to help us in overcoming our challenges. We will undoubtedly be helped from above.
